Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) is a painful condition caused by overworked tendons in the elbow, typically due to repetitive movements of the wrist and arm. This condition is a type of tendonitis, characterized by swelling of the tendons.

Despite its name, athletes are not the only ones who develop tennis elbow. The inflammation results from a tear in the tendons that connect the forearm muscles to the outside of the elbow. This inflammation is marked by significant pain, which can impair elbow function and reduce grip strength.

Symptoms of Tennis Elbow

Symptoms of tennis elbow include pain and tenderness in the bony knob on the outside of your elbow, where the injured tendons attach to the bone. This pain may also radiate into the upper or lower arm. Despite the injury being localized in the elbow, you are likely to experience pain when using your hands.

Treatment Options for Tennis Elbow

  • Rest and cessation of intensive activity with the elbow
  • Physical therapy
  • Acupuncture
  • Anti-inflammatory medication
  • Steroidal treatment or bandaging
  • In extreme cases, the problem may require surgery
  • Treatment at home with B-Cure Laser

Golf Elbow

Golf elbow, also known as medial epicondylitis, shares similarities with tennis elbow in terms of inflammation. It affects the inner part of the elbow. The range of treatments for golf elbow is identical to those listed for tennis elbow above.

Use B-Cure Laser to Treat Tennis Elbow

The B-Cure Laser offers breakthrough laser therapy, harnessing the power of professional clinic lasers in a lightweight, portable device designed for home use.

This treatment is safe, effective, and may provide lasting pain relief.

Powered by advanced laser technology, B-Cure Laser stimulates the body’s production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) when placed in contact with the skin. ATP, which carries energy within cells, interacts with biomolecules to enhance normal cell function and support the body’s natural processes.

Patients experience accelerated recovery from muscular, skeletal, and nerve injuries as cells regenerate faster and function more efficiently.
